Event One

This workshop is for photographers who want to create a portfolio of winter wildlife from mammals to birds in flight and environmental images. Through expert tracking your guide Kate will show you around hand picked locations prime for wildlife viewing. With only a small group of 4-5 participants you will have plenty of time to learn and photograph each species. There will be opportunities to practice photographing a variety of animals from red foxes, snowy owls to wintering birds both in flight and if it is cold enough, perched on the snow or ice. This trip is intended for intermediate to advanced photographers with winter weather gear and a telephoto lens of 500mm or more.
