What to Bring:
Camera gear: DSLR or mirrorless camera, minimum 400mm telephoto lens, mid range telephoto lens IE. 70-200mm, wide angle lens, filters (circular polarizing neutral density, graduated ND and a reverse GND kit), tripod, extra batteries, memory cards, etc.
Plenty of water, sunscreen and any other items of a personal nature.
A laptop or tablet with transfer cable or card reader is recommended to review your images at dinner.
Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor excursions.
Rain or sand covers for both yourself and your gear.
Enthusiasm for birding and photography!

Inclusions & Exclusions
What is included: Daily instructional photography sessions at hand picked locations.
What is not included: Transportation to and during the workshop, lodging, meals, park fees, personal items. Lodging is not included in this trip as the choices and budget vary widely, there are B&Bs, hotels and camping options depending on your preference.
Accommodations & Transportation
Please note that accommodations and transportation are not included in the workshop package. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the workshop meeting points each day. We encourage carpooling among participants to minimize environmental impact and foster camaraderie. By providing flexibility in accommodations and transportation, we aim to accommodate diverse preferences and budgets, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all participants.

Cancellations Policy
Should you wish to cancel with at least 60 days notice your reservation can be deferred to another trip. No refunds/transfers will be given within 60 days of the trip dates.
Travel Insurance
Guests are responsible to obtain travel insurance. You can often add this on from your airline when booking your flight or through a third party service. We are not responsible for delays, inclement weather, travel cancellations, or costs associated with weather or travel disruption.
Wildlife Participation
By joining this trip you agree to the understanding that the natural landscapes and wildlife are wild. We will make every effort with the lodge and guides to be in hotspot locations but we cannot guarantee that our flora and fauna will cooperate.

Our itinerary is flexible to adjust for light, weather and any other conditions that may impact our sessions.

Participants are responsible for and should be aware of any travel restrictions and guidelines that they are subject to for their state and the states we will visit.
This is a rain or shine adventure. We are on nature’s schedule and will make any itinerary adjustments as necessary.
